DJ Dave really enjoyed this event. The groom is actually a friend of Dave's who knows several DJ's but choose him owing to his experience with weddings and the quality of the service he provides.
On arrival the setup arrangements were discussed with the band who also had a 2 hour slot to entertain during the evening.
Dave warmed up the evening with his music before the band were due to start their first set at 8:30pm. The band were 'The Ryan's' who specialise in Irish classics (owing to this being the origin of some of the brides family).
In the band's break DJ Dave ensured everyone in the room knew the first dance was about to take place before properly introducing the bride and groom to their chosen track from 'Westlife'. Everyone cheered and applauded as they took centre stage on the dancefloor. Following on from this the bride had also requested a song to dance to with her father which followed the first dance. After this the evening buffet was opened and a selection of recent hits were played during this time by request of the groom.
The band followed with their second set from 9:45 - 10:45.
After the band DJ Dave really got the party going with many classic party, disco and motown hits which kept everyone on the dancefloor throughout the night
Towards the end of the night another special request from the bride and groom was to play their second dance, another Westlife track, which meant a lot to them and was a great end to their special day.
